Happy February, everyone! Wow, I can't believe we're on the second month of the year!
For the past weekend or two, I noticed that I always look forward for the weekends to come. Why you may ask? Well, it is because I can make these easy, very filling, and healthy breakfast!
Today I will be sharing my improvised proats recipe that I found online. It's easy and won't take much of your time so that's awesome! You can even make this the night before so you have more time to prepare for work/school. *wink*
Step 1: Cook the oats in the water.
Step 2: Add in the protein powder (I used chocolate flavour for this one), almond or peanut butter, cinnamon, and stir.
Step 3: Top it up some mixed nuts, dried berries, and a drizzle of honey.
... and viola! One delicious breakfast!
